Ben Van Winkle earned his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology & Health at Miami University; later earning his Master's in Exercise Physiology at Midwestern State University. His work includes coaching collegiate cycling to a multitude of national championships, working with tactical populations-including special warfare, and remotely leading people of all backgrounds to their performance goals.
