Ben Van Winkle earned his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology & Health at Miami University; later earning his Master's in Exercise Physiology at Midwestern State University. His work includes coaching collegiate cycling to a multitude of national championships, working with tactical populations-including special warfare, and remotely leading people of all backgrounds to their performance goals.

Fully customized programming to meet your unique needs and goals with one 45 minute zoom session included each month. 2 technical analysis available each week via text. Subsequent coaching sessions (including program adjustment) can be booked for additional cost.
